This note explains, in plain English, how Thulyr handles the details you share when you join the early-access list. Thulyr is an early-stage venture based in Dublin, Ireland. Questions? Email info@thulyr.ie.
What we collect
Only what you enter on this form: your name, email address, county/area, and whether you've said you're open to a short call. We don't collect bank, card, or payment details, and we don't ask for them.
Why we collect it
To email you the free guide and to contact you about Thulyr early access and updates, and — only if you tick the box — to arrange a short, no-pressure research call. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone other than our email provider below.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the boxes and submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see your rights below).
Where it's stored
In our email tool, MailerLite, which stores and processes the data on our behalf as our processor, within Thulyr's account. We keep your details in one known place rather than scattered across documents.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the early-access programme ends — whichever comes first.
Cookies
We use Google's advertising cookies only to measure how our ads perform, and only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. Declining is completely fine — it won't affect your sign-up. You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser's cookies for this site. Our emails also measure opens and link clicks so we can improve our updates — unsubscribe anytime to stop this.
Your rights
Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
Ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you — just email info@thulyr.ie and we'll do it promptly.
Withdraw your consent at any time.
